How it works

So you never think about it

Tap Get. Grant location access. The app starts tracking your next drive.

  2. Drive

Forget you have a mileage tracker

Every drive lands on your timeline — the quick coffee run, the supply stop, the trip that's over before you remember to start the timer. No buttons. No missed drives

  3. Deduct

Your year, ready in eight seconds

A Pub. 463-formatted PDF for your filing, or a CSV your accountant can import. The deductions you would have missed are already in it

Common questions

Before you install

The five things people ask before tapping Get. Full FAQ on the support page

Is my data really private?

Yes. Your trips, routes, and addresses stay on your iPhone in an encrypted database. We don't run a server that holds your driving history — so there's nothing to leak. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data goes to your iCloud account, not ours

Will it work for DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Spark, and Instacart?

Yes. EveryLastMile tracks every drive automatically regardless of which gig app you're working through — and the platform's own mileage summary undercounts by 30–40% by design. Your EveryLastMile log shows every business mile, formatted for Schedule C and audit-defensible under §274(d)

Will it drain my battery?

No. The app only wakes when you've started moving — not while you're sitting still. Most users see 1–2% extra daily battery use

What happens after the 30-day trial?

No credit card required to start. After 30 days, you keep all your trip data and can still view and export it — but to record new drives and generate new reports, you'll need a Premium subscription

Does it work with CarPlay?

Yes. When your phone connects to CarPlay, the app knows you've started driving — one of several signals it uses to catch every trip

You're already driving. Get paid for it
